Fitness Group

This is a moderately paced fitness group. Most exercises will have modifications that can be implemented if needed. We will exercise together using traditional methods, weights, resistance training, cardio. There will be a few different weight option to choose from depending on your desired level of intensity.
Please plan to spend 45-60 minutes in the group.
We will be meeting near the women’s restroom.
This class is free – donations accepted.
