Moderate/Intense Circuit Training

Come meet up for a moderate/intense workout. We will be implementing circuit training exercises in rapid succession to really improve our fitness levels. Learn to safely push yourself to achieve your fitness goals.
Please plan to spend 45-60 minutes in the group.
We will be meeting in front of the restrooms.
